Let there be light, holiday spirit, and hot cocoa! PTO volunteers ran a hot cocoa bar in the IHS media center on Friday, December 19 — the last day of school before winter break. PTO parent volunteer Chanice Newcomer explained that Santa inspired them to “spread holiday cheer for the students and staff.”
Teachers were encouraged to sign up to take their students to the media center during fourth, fifth, and sixth periods for cocoa and cookies and to socialize before the holidays!
