- What’s your favorite memory from playing your sport in high school?
-
- TPing the football boys houses before the first game and senior night, kidnapping the underclassman for a sleepover, and our weekly team dinners.
- What advice would you give to younger players just starting out?
-
- Go out there and give it your all.
- Who has had the biggest influence on you as an athlete?
-
- My parents, because they keep me motivated to continue to do sports and work hard.
- How has being an athlete made your high school years different?
-
- Being an athlete in high school has let me make so many friends over the years. It has helped me develop skills that I wouldn’t have if I didn’t play sports. It has taught me dedication and commitment to my sports.
- Do you have a pregame routine for superstition?
-
- My pregame routine is getting to the field and starting to get stretched. We then put on our accessories that go with the theme of the game. This could include; glitter, face paint, hand prints, glow sticks, hula skirts, ribbon. After that we run through our cheer for the week and our hello cheer. Then four of us get the run-through sign taped and ready for the boys to run through.
